This course is approved for 8 contact hours from the Montana Nurses Association and will be sent to all participants at the end of the course.

**Hear to Serve reserves the right to cancel a course within 14 days of the course if less than 2 students have signed up for the course. A full refund will be issued or another course offered within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued for cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the course. In instances where course materials have already been received (or are en route), the applicant must return all course materials in their original condition within 10 days. Failure to return these materials will result in a charge of $100. Registrants who fail to cancel their registration may be liable for the entire course fee unless other arrangements are made with the Course Director.
